Request RPLAY Withdrawal

Now that you have earned some RPLAY, you may want to withdraw your RPLAY from your Replay Rewards Dashboard. You can do this by navigating to Withdraw RPLAY and initiating a Withdrawal Request.

When submitting a withdrawal request, please keep in mind the following requirements:

1. Eligibility - Due to local laws, rules and regulations, withdrawals may not currently be available in your country.
2. Identity Verification - To comply with local rules and regulations, you will need to verify your identity before withdrawing your RPLAY earnings from Replay Dashboard. It takes only a couple minutes, just visit your profile page to start the verification process.
   Note: If you are in a country where withdrawals are not yet available, you may not see the option to verify your identity in your profile. Once your country is available, it will be available.
3. Theta Wallet - To withdraw your earnings from Replay Dashboard, you'll need to add at least one Theta Wallet to your Replay Rewards Dashboard. You can do this from the Apps page. You can add multiple Theta Wallets but when you request a withdrawal, you will need to specify which Theta Wallet to withdraw your RPLAY to. Once you have met the requirements, you can submit a withdrawal request. Please note, users can only have 1 active withdrawal request at a time. You can review your withdrawal history right on the Withdraw RPLAYpage, along with the status of each withdrawal. While we will make all efforts to expedite your withdrawal approval, withdrawals may take up to 30 days to process. A new withdrawal requests cannot be initiated while active withdrawal requests are pending.
